Luxury Residence in Corona del Mar | California
This video tour explores the residence at 4639 Gorham Drive in Corona del Mar. Its open living spaces, natural materials and views of the Pacific reflect Geoff Sumich Design’s approach to modern coastal homes. The design connects a private courtyard, planted walls and water features with the rooms inside.
A circular staircase links the main floor with the lower-level lounge, wine wall and media space. The primary suite features a limestone and walnut fireplace, while a guest casita provides a separate place to stay or work. The terrace, reflecting pool and two-story living wall bring outdoor elements into the experience of the home. Project collaborators include Cooper-Marsh Homes, Michael Fullen Interior Design and VALIA Development Consulting, with a wellness platform by Delos.
