geoff sumich – principal designer
after architecture school, i moved from new zealand to southern california at age 24 and established my practice in orange county. my first decade designing traditional homes shaped the approach i use today. i call it romantic modernism: a balance of traditional character and the simplicity of modern design. wood, stone, steel and glass give each home warmth and a sense of permanence. i stay involved from selecting materials to working on site with stone masons, helping carry the design through to completion.
scott rosenbaum – project architect
my interest in architecture began with hours spent building lego structures and cities as a child. today, i enjoy sharing that experience with my three sons. after graduating from the university of california, berkeley, i moved from my hometown of seattle to southern california. i combine hand-drawn sketches with computer modeling to develop each project. i am a licensed architect registered in the state of california.
anna nguyen – project manager
i grew up in pennsylvania and discovered my interest in architecture at community college. a professor encouraged me to pursue the field. after earning my associate degree in architecture, i moved to san diego to study at the newschool of architecture and design. a growing interest in interior architecture then brought me to orange county to pursue interior design. today, i manage project production and continue to develop my skills in 3d software.
heiarii li cheng – job captain
i grew up in tahiti in an artistic family before moving to southern california. i earned my bachelor of architecture at the newschool of architecture and design in san diego. i enjoy developing design concepts and turning them into physical spaces. to me, architecture is the relationship between people and the spaces they inhabit. light, texture and the placement of objects work together to create an atmosphere. that moment is what inspires my work.
